Maria DeverOwnerMaria Dever is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and MBA graduate, Maria has extensive experience with delivering accurate and timely financial statements for a variety of organizations, both non-profit and for profit. Over the course of the past 20 years, she has been responsible for the accuracy and quality of financial reporting for businesses with operating budgets ranging from $25,000 to $20.2 million. Maria enjoys bird watching, watching cooking shows and Fixer-Upper reruns, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
 Len CoboscoAccountantLen Cobosco began with Padgett in 2013 and his primary focus has been preparing client’s individual tax returns and assisting in the response to tax related notices and letters Len possesses a degree in Engineering Management and has business experience as the Financial Officer of a small business as well as training as a tax preparer. His background allows him to critically examine situations and information in order to develop solutions and implement actions to satisfy a client’s needs. Len’s organizational skills and abilities allow him to multitask, easily moving from tax preparation, to bookkeeping, to investigating tax concerns that may arise. Len enjoys photography, racing, target shooting, music and spending time with family and friends.  Adele SmeyBookkeeping / Payroll SpecialistAdele has over 18 years of experience in bookkeeping. Her attention to detail is high and she can sometimes be considered a perfectionist. Before joining Maria at Padgett, she worked as a sole proprietor servicing multiple types of businesses with various bookkeeping needs. She is currently working on her bachelor’s in Accounting at Strayer University where she has maintained a 4.0 GPA. Adele can be very silly at times, loves to laugh and hang out with her wonderful grandchildren. As crazy as it sounds, she loves running for exercise.  Brent BurgerAccountantBrent Burger is a graduate of Juniata College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance. Brent has a wide range of experience in various areas including auditing, payroll, accounting services, taxes and business consulting. Prior to becoming an Accountant at Padgett, Brent was a health-care CEO for various local specialty hospitals.
